Dr. Ma'at Latham, Ph.D. (pronounced "ma-aht"), has charted a remarkable journey in education, where her passion for learning and leadership has profoundly influenced countless individuals and institutions. Her story begins in the vibrant educational landscape of Louisiana, where she laid a solid foundation with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Grambling State University, she then received a Master of Education Administration and Principal Certification from Grand Canyon Christian University, culminating with a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Policy from Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge.

From the classrooms of Samuel J. Green Charter School in New Orleans, where her exemplary leadership as a principal was recognized with top scores in a TNTP 2017 survey, to the strategic corridors of the Southern Region Minority Supplier Development Council, Dr. Latham's career path has been characterized by a series of strategic and impactful roles.

Today, as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Infinite Learning Solutions, Dr. Latham's vision transcends geographical boundaries, reaching clients across the United States and Puerto Rico. She leads with an unwavering commitment to creating learning environments that are accessible and empowering for all students. Her work in curriculum enhancement and leadership development is guided by a personal mission to make the world a better place, a mission rooted in selflessness and an earnest desire to serve.

Dr. Latham's contributions to the field of education are not confined to her professional roles. Her scholarly efforts, which include the publication of her dissertation "Exploring Graduation Disparities Among Students with Disabilities in the South: Assessing the Impact of IDEA Policy Implementation," showcase her dedication to addressing critical issues in education. Despite her busy schedule as a leader and innovator, Dr. Latham finds joy and solace in the simple pleasures of reading, traveling, and cooking, as well as in the company of family and friends. She is a proud mother of a son who attends LSU and draws strength from her rich family heritage, tracing roots back to Panama where her father was born and raised, and North Louisiana where her mother is from. In her spare time, she gives back to the community through literacy initiatives, sharing her love for reading with elementary school students, igniting the spark of curiosity and learning in the next generation.
